ProfitCents™ In an effort to bring you more value as a financial management advisor, we have initiated a program to present
your financial statements in an easier-to-read and more useful format. We are very excited about this program because it will provide you with a plain-language
translation of your financial statements. The reports highlight the areas of your business which are strongest, and those which may need improvement, as well as
outline some of the ways in which we can help you to define your financial goals.
What does the process involve? We may call you to gather additional information about your business so we can more
effectively prepare the report. We may ask you to complete a targeted questionnaire about your business. Questions may include issues about your industry,
your product(s), and the current state of your business.
Next, we will analyze your responses and generate your report. The report will provide a detailed financial analysis that is logical and reliable,
showing where your company currently stands in comparison to industry norms.
Next, we will offer to review the report with you. We will discuss the results with you and answer any questions you may have. The process can end
here, or you may wish to go forward and take advantage of our Business Coaching Services. In either case, this new analysis will be yours to keep and you may refer to
as a valuable strategic planning tool.
New! For Nonprofits™ Now, we can do for nonprofit organizations what ProfitCents™ does for our
for-profit clients. ProfitCents for Nonprofits™ does fundamental analysis of nonprofit entities, using an expert system and current benchmark data.
Nonprofit clients can now be given reports in plain language that they will actually understand.
The report is a 6 to 8 page report specifically tailored for nonprofits with a comprehensive analysis including text, graphs, ratio analysis,
and detailed industry comparisons. The report can be used for presentation to nonprofit managers, Board members, or leaders who understand how to run a nonprofit
but who may not understand financial analysis or how it applies to their organization.
